Where do you ship?
We ship to United States addresses only.

What does shipping cost?
Stickers ship free. Shipping for other items is $5.99, as shown at checkout.

When will my order ship?
Processing varies by product; check its listing. Delivery time is additional.

How do I send a photo?
Email clear, high-resolution photos to emily@foundryandfur.com with your order number and product name. Check spelling, names and dates before ordering.

Will I receive a proof?
Proof availability and response deadlines vary by listing. Follow the instructions for your item.

Can I return an item?
Generally, we do not accept returns. Exceptions may be considered but are not guaranteed. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or with another problem, contact Emily. This does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Can I cancel?
Cancellation requests received within four hours of purchase are accepted. Email emily@foundryandfur.com with your order number to request cancellation. Requests received after four hours may be considered at my discretion but are not guaranteed.

Will you use my photos in marketing?
I will not use customer-submitted photographs or personalized designs directly derived from those photographs in product listings, advertising, social media, portfolios or other promotional materials without your express permission. Permission is requested separately and is never a condition of purchase.
